It's free to change or cancel your booking

We understand that plans can change. If you were logged into your Airpoints account when you made your booking, you can simply login to manage your booking, otherwise you will need to call your taxi provider directly

If your cancellation is within the allowed timeframe to qualify for a full refund, you will receive the refund back to the method of payment within 3 business days. Even if you cancelled the booking a few hours after making it the payment still happens overnight, but be assured a refund will follow.

Made an error on your booking?

You can make some changes to your booking if your travel dates change - you can change the pickup date, flight and flight date. 
You can't change the pickup or dropoff address as that may need a re-quote of the price and we are unable to take additional payment (or part refund). 
And if you need to change providers or addresses you will need to cancel the booking and make a new booking.

If you made an error in the traveller name, mobile number or Airpoints number you can update that in Manage Booking. If you made an error in the email address and did not receive a booking confirmation email please contact us using the form below.

For New Zealand destination bookings

Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 1 hour before your pick-up time, after which they are non-refundable. Log in to your Airpoints account to manage your bookings online, or otherwise you can call your transfer provider directly.

For international destination bookings

Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up time, after which they are non-refundable. To change or cancel your booking, log into your Airpoints account and manage your booking online.
